Patricia Lallier

25 years ago, when Old Montreal was not as well established and attractive as it is today, Patricia Lallier made of the district her personal challenge. Almost three decades after, she has succeeded past even her own expectations. In 1993, she was chosen to take charge of sales for the luxurious Chaussegros-Lery condo project, near Montreal City Hall. A year later, the 1 McGill project, a 160 unit building, worth over $35M. Undoubtably she succeeded in selling all the units within two and a half years.

Familiar with demographic data analysis, an asset she acquired while obtaining her university degree, Patricia kept up her training by adding project management, useful knowledge for the 1 McGill project and considered at the time as the main catalyst to attract other real estate promoters in the district.

Since then, Patricia has made luxury condos and residences her prime focus and put all her efforts in successfully marketing and selling them. Patricia has always made a point to enhance her skills, either for real estate projects or for resale units. With her distinctive approach and love of Old French and English styles, she has been able to transmit her real passion of specific districts such as Old Montreal, the Golden Square Mile and Westmount, to many potential domestic and international buyers. The revitalisation process of the Old Montreal sector allowed Patricia to develop a major international data base.

Active for more than 35 years in the luxury real estate market, she is still adding strings to her bow. Some years ago, she underwent training at the prestigious Institute for Luxury Home Marketing in Miami, where she was particularly interested in the luxurious properties marketing evolution.
