A graduate of the Université Du Québec à Hull, Patricia obtained her real estate permit on October 22, 1981. She became a certified real estate agent when the Real Estate Brokerage Act was introduced in 1994, and she became a real estate broker in 1995.
She founded Immeuble International in 1995 and established her office in 1998 in the 1 McGill building in Old Montreal. As a business and tourist hub, Old Montreal is a strategic location for a real estate company.
Patricia began in 1993 with condos in Old Montreal. Then she worked on several real estate projects in Old Montreal with a private partnership and the City of Montreal (Simpa and SHDM) in the nineties. In its projects, the City of Montreal established several programs to revitalize housing, including several condo developments, such as 1 McGill, Chaussegros de Lery, Le Royer Saint Claude and the Blue Stones Lofts, which together amount to hundreds of condos.
Working in condo sales on Montreal Island, Patricia Lallier focused on Old Montreal, downtown, the Golden Square Mile and Westmount to register resale properties. Her dream was to sell condos everywhere on the planet. The Web is a window where possibilities can become realities.
